I had an amazing breaky at Fish Heads in Bangalow and then checked out the shops. On the way around town I met "Shanti" - who is a Bangalow legend. He was so gentle spirited and lovely.

It's 7am and I spent my first night in a tent and woke up to the sound of horses in the nearby paddock and strange dogs barking in excited tones. I love this surf safari. Now we are at the point at Limeburner's Creek, scoping the waves. They look big and scary to me :p

ROAD TRIP TIME!

It's time for my first surfing safari. We are heading up the north coast to surf as many breaks as possible in 9 days. Jimi and I having fun in the back of the car. Some how when the wheels roll, I just can't keep my eyes open zzzzzz
